Very good brewery in St Roch area. Very good beer selection with variety of types and sizes. Food menu is only from 2-7 but was very good. My sister loved the ceviche. The ipa and triple were excellent. Veey good service and lots of seating.

Best burger I've ever had. Excellent beer and cocktails. Service was absolutely fantastic. Alexis, Mark, and Lou are phenomenal. Super welcoming. Lots of laughs. Looking forward to going back.

Good food and beers Burger is recommended, lamb shank was good too. Nachos were perfect They had a trivia night on monday when we were there.

Solo traveler here. I just swung in for a quick beer today (10/11/26). This was a nice, clean, and quirky place to take a break from the long days of walking. The 2 bartenders were friendly and gave some great recommendations to check out (yes I will go to the art museum blind). The beer was cold and good. Various art around the place was interesting to look at. Spoiler: It's cat-centric. 10/10 would go again.

Quebec City. Seriously. You’ve got an absolute gem. This bar serves home-brewed beers that taste so fresh and sells them at a fair price. The kitchen cooks what’s far beyond normal bar food. Try their beef tataki. It’s so flavorful. I’ve been here twice during my visit. Just one week apart, and beer menu was entirely different. Two different waiter/waitress, same hospitality. It did make my visit to this town very pleasant and special.

The cat references were annoying but the food and beer was excellent. I had two of their NEIPAs and was very pleased. Very well crafted. The food was also top notch. So much better than the tourist restaurants we'd been to the past few days. You'll be happy so stop there at Noctem!!

Very nice people and great food. We had a great time and were surprised by how great their beers are. As a Belgian guy far from home this place felt like home. Especially liked the double catnip beer. Would like to taste this again one day. Santé! 👌

Our server was super nice! All their alcohol is brewed either in store or very close nearby! Had a flight to try multiple ones the server recommend which were 1, 3, 7, 11 and they all were very good. I am hoping they can sell these are LCBO in Toronto soon!!!!! Also the duck hearts I had to mention cause they were so delicious.

We visited in April, I just remembered to review it. We came for drinks whilst there was a pub quiz on. First of all the craft beers are some of the best in Canada so it’s worth it for that alone, they had a Cat Pack collabfest on with other well known Quebec based brewers and they were incredible! Secondly and just as importantly the service is amazing, despite being busy with the quiz they made space for us at the bar and we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcomed. My only complaint and regret is that they didn’t have any merchandise in the pub that would fit me, the top tip would be visit the main place out of town if you have time!

Tried this brewery, good choice of beers, had three flights to try as many beers as possible without falling over! A complete mixture and I thought that they varied from good to excellent with a few quirky beers, really worth a visit.
