The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. The pricing was amazing. Isabelle wasn't so amazing. We had questions about the order and she's goes "im in a hurry, if you want to talk about it ill come back." That ruined my mood right off the bat. Sorry that I asked my friend if he would like poutine or not 💀💀 I thought i could just get the sub. I didn't know i HAD to get a side so that's why I asked my friend what he wanted. I ended up getting mashed potatoes and gravy. She forgot the gravy and didn't punch in my quesadilla I wanted for supper that evening. Very first thing she asked was if I wanted something to drink. I asked if she had bumbu she said yes. I asked if she had Cranberry juice. She said yes. I said ill get that please but a double. Why am I getting Spiced captain Morgan? I made my friend pay because I was going to give 0% tip. I never do this unless I feel I wasn't taken care of. I usually tip 40% at places I go to. Moxies is a much better choice and I always get better service there. I've tipped 100% at moxies before because the service is THAT good. I think the manager needs to have more servers. They shouldn't feel swamped to the point they want to cut a customer off and tell them to basically figure it out and she'll come back. Unacceptable. Yes its busy but if I've never been there, I WILLLLLL HAVE QUESTIONS. that simple. The food was phenomenal. But the manger needs to put more people on the floor. It cant be so busy to the point my order isn't being fulfilled properly.
