Pros: A) Service is very friendly. I love the woman wearing a Cross necklace. God Bless you. B) The Food was alright its always a hit and miss but this time the food was alright. Cons: 1) Service is very slow. Almost waited 7-10 minutes for your food. Please speed it up especially on the Lord's day Weekends and Fridays. 2) Lady asked for extra sour Cream she got it but us we have to pay extra? I don't get it. 3) Do better, You can clean or do something. We need to be more human. Conclusion: I am indifferent on this Location. I may or may not comeback ever again. Only bought fries but they were delicious. Crispy texture but not enough to make the outside tough. It was pipping hot and not too salty. Staff was also super friendly and polite

1st time here since the remodel in fairview, honestly so very suprised. Exceeded my expextions across the board. Service was quick, even with a smile. I was with a mixed crowd, Francophone and anglophone and they served us in both languages without hesitation. The food was well presented and very hot. Hard to find good temperatures at a food court. Tasteyas. Tastey could be. A very delicious hot-dog and a poutine that will suprise you. Thank you NY fries!!!!

Update to this: I went back and was surprise by the difference. The manager really cares about the quality. I spoke to him and he thanked me for raising this quality issue. This time, everything was good. // Service at the cash was good but I never ate discusting food like this. The fries were so dry we could hardly shew them, overcooked. Cheese in poutine was old and sauce had no taste. Hot dog was dry like crazy. Seriously just don't go there.
