One of the best Chinese restaurants in downtown Montreal. It’s been quite a while since I’ve dined in such a place where every dish is so authentic and delicious.

Was surprised by the quality of the food here. The shop is very small and not very noticeable. Their guo bao rou is one of the best I’ve tried. It’s chewy and lightly sweet and sour. We also got their rice meal and it was pretty pleasant to eat. The service is fast and the owners are super kind.

There is this one dish here that I absolutely adore and come back to at least every 2-3 weeks- it’s the sweet and sour pork (a northern dish), among all the chinese restaurants downtown (and I assure you, I have tried all) they make it the best. Highly recommend!!

An absolute gem of a restaurant, super super recommend. The food is very authentic, like they are straight from the northern part of China; taste is not too heavy, retaining the freshness of the ingredients. The owner is kind and friendly, which really elevated the whole experience. Note: If you are a local and would like to try some real authentic Chinese cuisine, order from the "main" menu or ask for recommendations from the owner!! And if you're a Chinese, definitely give the restaurant a try.
