Two time I ordered jerk chicken very dry and the drumstick like a cardboard like a crackers always super dry maybe other dish good but I never tried.. but do not buy jerk chicken terrible. They give you three pieces one drumsticks and bones. And don't even try the macaroni small piece of pie not good. And they don't have the plantain comes with the meal. What I wrote this review very honest don't try the jerk chicken.

Food is not good enough for you guys to be increasing the prices like that. Stop taking advantage of your customers. Edit: I didn’t say the food was bad. Simply not good enough for you to increase the prices like that and maintaining those portions. You lack professionalism in your answers and that’s funny because the whole internet can see it. Why any customer would want to go to a restaurant where feedback is not taking seriously(I mean not taking at all actually because you insult anyone who doesn’t give you 5 stars)😂. Stop justifying your incompetency in basic RH response by saying I can’t afford it because that is definitely not the case.

What I would see to if you cannot afford it just don’t buy it. It’s very it’s very simple clearly you don’t know nothing about business so if you’re gonna lie to yourself so the food is not good just because you can’t afford it. It’s continue to go to McDonald’s

Edited after owner response: Your response to my review is extremely unprofessional and lacks all accountability YOU should be taking. First, read the complaint properly next time because this isn't about one plate having more than the other!!!!! Secondly, I shouldn't have to call a restaurant after getting my food delivery so that you can 'make it right'. YOU have the phone number when the order is placed and could have contacted ME to apologize for not having the food we order and offered other substitutes or a refund. You instead chose to try and scam me out of what I paid for by sending scraps and when you got called out, make lame excuses like the ones in your poorly written response to my initial review. I am appalled at your response. You should have probably avoided responding if you don't know how to conduct yourself properly! Very disappointed. Ordered 2 jerk chicken meals with rice and peas and vegetables as the sides for both. I got two small meals( half portions compared to all the photos online) one of the meals had no rice and just a big pile of steamed vegetables with 3 small pieces of chicken. The other meal had the smallest portion of rice I have ever seen at a Jamaican restaurant, a small portion of vegetables and 3 small pieces of chicken. A very different experience from the last time I ordered here. I also think it's important to make an effort in contacting your customers if you run out of sides or need to substitute items due to allergies, food intolerance and just basic customer service. What I paid for did not come and it isn't your place to decide what I'll have instead. This is the first time my husband and I spent $50 on dinner only to have to cook for ourselves immediately after.

Am sorry you had a but experience with your food if it seems like the plates was not proportionate I think the best thing was to do was to call the store and says something is wrong with my meal because one plate having more than the other and let us fix the problem because if that was the problem, it’s easily fixed. It’s a human being. Sometimes the employees make mistakes are not paying attention. Whatever the case may be, but this could be but thank you so much

Used to pay arround 18$ with taxes for a plate of jerk chicken (not even a year ago) right now it is 32$ on uber that is insane. Cannot order here anymore unfortunately.

Not worth the hype.. came here cuz of all the reviews and videos. But this place was a huge disappointment. Oxtail was not tender at all. For the price I was expecting alot better. The patty was the only thing that was ok. I won't be coming back thats forsure. Dont belive the hype

Best Jamaican food I've ever tasted! I love how generous they are with their portions. I had the curry goat and the beef patty. The curry sauce was amazing, and they even smothered the rice and beans with it, which I loved. The goat was tender, the patty was crispy and well seasoned... Flawless

Heard about this place through tiktok and added it to me and my husband's list of places to try. We just had the jerk chicken patty and omg it was the best patty we've both ever had.
