We’re really sorry to hear about your recent experiences, especially as a returning customer — we truly appreciate your past support. Regarding the cups: during a certain period, due to new regulations, our suppliers temporarily stopped producing plastic cups. At that time, we had already ordered a large quantity of paper cups, which we are still in the process of using. Our supplier has since resumed plastic cup production, but we do need to finish our remaining paper cup stock first. That said, we do still alternate and can provide plastic cups for certain drinks (especially for presentation/“Instagramable” drinks) — customers are always welcome to ask. We’d also like to reassure you that our drink recipes and measurements have not changed — the taste and ingredients remain the same whether served in paper or plastic cups. We do take comments about ice levels and tapioca quality very seriously, and your feedback will be reviewed with our team to ensure consistency.
