Everything was so good, highly recommend beef banh mi, it was so huge and yummy. Milk tea also good but not special, overall 9.5/10

Twice we ordered online, twice we got there and the order wasn't made yet. Then when they did end up making it, the first time I didn't get the extra toppings I had paid for and the second time they wrote tofu on my bag but when we got home my friend who had the chicken banh mi actually had my tofu banh mi....really? Service isn't great but the food is good.

I don’t know about their drinks but their food is just subpar. The first few times i ordered it was ok but now meh. All the meats in their sandwiches taste a little stale and refrigerated. The beef one is the best but still. Not bad but definitly not great. There are now better options in laval. 3 stars but actually 2.5.

I’ve been eating their tofu banh mi for 6 years, probably over 50 times, it never changes and it’s always just as amazing as the first time. Gonna eat it 100 more times. Best veg option banh mi in the entire province, I try other restaurants ones but they never compare, this one is unbeatable

I go often for the matcha bubble tea but they changed the matcha, it doesn’t taste like it usually does, it’s not a good quality matcha anymore! I wont be returning

Used to order from here all the time but the quality has decreased the past year since they changed the packaging for the drinks from being see through it’s now just packed with ice and tastes just like water now and the tapioca quality isn’t the same either. I’ve experienced this several times now so I stopped ordering from here unfortunately. Please fix this issue.

We’re really sorry to hear about your recent experiences, especially as a returning customer — we truly appreciate your past support. Regarding the cups: during a certain period, due to new regulations, our suppliers temporarily stopped producing plastic cups. At that time, we had already ordered a large quantity of paper cups, which we are still in the process of using. Our supplier has since resumed plastic cup production, but we do need to finish our remaining paper cup stock first. That said, we do still alternate and can provide plastic cups for certain drinks (especially for presentation/“Instagramable” drinks) — customers are always welcome to ask. We’d also like to reassure you that our drink recipes and measurements have not changed — the taste and ingredients remain the same whether served in paper or plastic cups. We do take comments about ice levels and tapioca quality very seriously, and your feedback will be reviewed with our team to ensure consistency.
