Went yesterday to get 4 Pretzels-not only was it not warm, it was stale & at $6 a ptrezel-not worth it! 4 people working also didnt seem to take their job seriously!
The staff was not particularly warm or welcoming but I didn’t really expect much (I ordered sauce which you get at the register apparently but she didn’t give it to me or think to tell me that I needed to take it myself.) They do need to retrain the girl who was making the pretzels though. I ordered pretzel bites with parmesan and italian herbs. They were smothered in grease, and she put so much salt that they were inedible (even after taking a napkin to each bite to brush off the coating). If it had a light dusting rather than being caked in salt and grease, it would have been good - the dough itself on the inside was good, which is my only reason for giving this two stars.
The pretzel is good there but something has got to be done about the cashier. I thought it was only me but after reading some of the other reviews, I see that everyone is complaining about this woman. Is she the business owner as well ? Is she related to the business owner ? Why is this woman still there ?
AMAZING PRETZELS and it was my birthday so they gave me a free pretzel of my choice. So awesome 🤭🤗🥳
