Very very bad experience 30 March 2026 at 11:30. I ordered a regular pretzel and one with sausage the employee she soaked it in melted butter, when I took it out of the big bag all the oil fell on my pants. I went back to ask for new paper bag she was eating and I showed her the huge oil stain in my pants she pretended not to see it, then she laughed. Absolutely the worst service

I came in to order a pretzel and the moment I got to the counter the lady put a finger up and told me wait a second please when she was on the phone talking about God knows what because she was talking in her native language and I didn’t understand her and I was waiting and waiting and waiting and she never served me and she was just on the phone for 20 minutes
