Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down the best poutine I’ve had in a long time! The fries at Mr. Fry Guy are perfectly crispy, the gravy is savory and hot, and the cheese curds actually have that fresh squeak you look for. If you're in the mall and craving comfort food, skip the food court chains and come here. Absolutely awesome.

I stumbled across this place a few days ago and had to try the poutine. I ordered the smallest size, and it was still a huge portion. Everything was SO good. The cheese curds tasted just authentic, and the gravy and fries were perfect. The staff were incredibly kind too. I asked about the gravy, and they went out of their way to use separate utensils so there was no contact with other products, which I really appreciated. 10/10 food and experience. Definitely coming back!

This was my first time back at Mr Fry Guys since there new owners and they were some of the kinds people I have met. The food was awesome and the staff even more amazing! I will definitely be coming back!

We heard there were new owners and wanted to come and try the food. Ordered a family fries, the portion was generous, service was friendly and the fries were delicious! Fresh and crispy chip truck style (our favorite 😄). If you're not shopping at the mall and just looking for MR FRY GUY I suggest parking at the back of the mall. The entrance is right infront of Mr Fry Guy which is very convenient. We'll definitely be back for our weekly Fry-day Fridays! Excited to try different menu options next time. Welcome to Pembroke! We look forward to supporting this local business 🙂

Fries tasted like cinnamon, made for a strange tasting poutine. Maybe theyre frying something with cinnamon and its leaving the taste on the fries. Service was perfect, but otherwise threw it away after 2 bites unfortunately 😕 😢

Not sure what happened today but I ordered a regular fries and the portion was... tiny. There was just a few more fries than a handful and honestly, what most places would serve in a child's portion or small. For $7.00 plus tip and tax, it was not worth it.

Poutine gravy has a special taste and I can’t quite put my finger on it. So good! Sausage was a total winner. Burgers were fresh and juicy. Be sure to get the funnel cake fries with caramel sauce. A special treat! The lady behind the counter is the friendliest and Steve is hilarious and a great guy to chat with. Can’t wait to be back and hopefully next time they have merch for sale because I want to wear a Mr Fry Guy tee.
