Saturday 30th May 2026 arround 4 PM . I had dinner there with my girlfriend and our dine-in bill was approximately $130. Before we finished eating, I placed an additional takeout order, bringing the total amount paid to around $200. The bill was paid in full, and we also left a respectable tip. The takeout order was delayed, and I had to follow up several times with the front staff to check on its status. While that was disappointing, what happened afterward was far worse. When the order was finally ready and I picked up the bag to leave, a young waitress (not the one wearing the hair covering) loudly asked me, in front of other customers, "Did you pay for that?" What makes this unacceptable is that the staff member who handled our order and payment was only a few meters away and could have easily been asked to verify it discreetly. Instead, I was publicly questioned after spending nearly $200, waiting patiently for a delayed order, and leaving a tip. I have been to restaurants across Canada, the United States, and Europe, and I have never experienced anything like this. There is a respectful and professional way to verify an order. This was not it. The comment was unnecessary, embarrassing, and made us feel as though we were being treated with suspicion for no reason. The food may have been fine, but the customer service completely ruined the experience. I will not be returning, and I certainly would not recommend this establishment to others.

Totally surprised by how they served the food, wasn't expecting they just pour everything on top of the table (didn't see the other Google Maps pictures). The seafood were very flavorful, tasty and fresh, especially their shrimps (not mushy!) I wished they'd let us eat the rice in the container rather than dumping them on the table as the rice got cold quickly.

I am amazed by the service at this restaurant. I have been there multiple times and the service is 10/10. The staff is so friendly. The food is great. The prices are reasonable. I have tried many things on the menu. Today I went in to get some food and the staff was handing out lemonades, tea and a dessert which they told me was from Egypt for free to customers. When I left, they even gave me a surprise in my take away bag. Thank you to the amazing staff for the service and food! Looking forward to going back :)
