This is by far the worst and most disgusting pizza I have ever smelled in my life. Upon arrival, the pizza had an extremely bad smell—so horrible that I couldn’t even try it and had to throw it straight in the garbage. The poutine was also extremely oily and had a very bad taste. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This was my first and last time ordering from this place. Very disappointing.

Tried their onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately, the onion rings were awful—soggy and seemed undercooked. The mozzarella sticks were okay, but the onion rings were definitely disappointing.

Very sketchy, uncomfortable transaction. Placed my order in person and said I’d be back in ~15 minutes and employee requested to “hold” my $50 bill to make sure I was coming back. No idea why paying would not suffice. Significant language barrier. When I was back to pick up my pizza the employee came to the door and insisted he bring it out to me. I went inside regardless. There were several men there in the back with inappropriate behaviour with three men trying to complete my transaction, laughing and acting strange. I asked for dipping sauces and my change. I received $8 which I saw had been sitting on the counter. They told me the sauce was free and insisted I take free drinks. I refused the drinks and quickly left. No receipt. Incorrect change. Actually a scam. As for the pizza, it was greasy but good.

My mother ordered food from this place. She was clear on where to deliver; she even said the building on the right. The delivery driver refused to understand that fact. Mind this: we gave them the apartment building number, the apartment buzzer number, and the apartment number. The delivery driver called my mother many times, not understanding our details and expected us to come downstairs at night. I was busy at work while my mother is very fragile and cannot do so. She tried to tell them to do their job and deliver the pizza, and they refused. So they left without giving my mom the pizza. Before this even happened, the person on the phone changed the price from 45$ to 50$ this service for very expensive pizza is ridiculous. I know they were just finishing up the last orders, but if you can’t deliver, just say so, and we would understand and not have wasted our time. Do better.

I ordered the lasagna. It’s supposed to come with bread. It did not, yet I paid full price. This happened twice. I call them and they act like it’s no big deal. They tell me that they are out of bread. In that case either remove the option so you’re not charging people full price for incomplete orders. Or deduct the price of the bread. But you can’t have your cake and it eat it too. It’s a shame because the food decent. They’ve lost a customer because of shady business practice

Just ordered from here for the very first time. The gentleman showed up late, which was fine, but while he had the correct items on the receipt, he did not have them in his bag. He tried to get me to take the wrong food, then wanted to give me part of the order and said he'd come back later with the rest. The pizza barely felt hot, and I did not order from there to eat my food in "courses", so I told him not to bother and handed him back the partial order. There are much cheaper places out there, but I was under the impression I was paying extra for service, but such was not the case, regrettably. What he did bring smelled pretty decent, but I cannot support a business that charges premium prices for sub-par service. 1 star. Won't order again.
