Extremely Poor Service – Very Disappointing Experience! Absolutely terrible service! I had a very unpleasant experience with this store. The staff were unprofessional, rude, and did not treat me with the respect I expected as a customer. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. Good customer service is clearly lacking here. I am extremely disappointed with this experience, and I would not recommend this store to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve both staff behaviour and customer service. I will think twice before ever visiting this store again. One of the most disappointing customer service experiences I have had!

The best part of the restaurant what I like it’s they are so good with costumes. They help you to order what is the best for you . About the food I will remain silent. Nothing to explain. I hope you guys can go and get your experience.

The best bang for your buck if you're looking for chicken. The "Express cuisse" is 2/3 of poulet rouge Price for about the same size plate. It's not fine dining, but for a quick grab it's fantastic 🤩 !

had a really good experience at Monteiro. The food was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, and the service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was also clean and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again!

They change the quality of the food, I a big fan of monteiro, i wven travel to different places in montreal to buy, just to buy this, but Just bought it again today, the service took more than 15mins and the food was cooked dofferently and dry.

whoops. thought it was Portuguese piri piri but it's more like fast food "pigslop" stuff. my mistake a bit sorry. but if you think it's "cleaner" Portuguese food it isn't. the food is oily and the sauces are thick with an odd oil as well. I was expecting it to be like Portuguese food has been in other places I went to. my mistake though but reporting in case someone else makes the same mistake as me upside, you can say how spicy you want your food though. but my body doesn't like oily food like this lol

I’ve been here twice. The first time, I had the Poutine XL, and it was good, so I decided to come back and try the chicken Cuisse XL. Unfortunately, this time the food was not great and the washroom was not clean. I hope they can improve cause first time was not bad.

i have never tried the chicken like that before … it’s so so delicious and also the best thing about the chicken sandwich it was full loaded of chicken with sauces also … i love it .. they have variety of options of barbecue chicken … the girl in the reception .. she is so welcoming 😊🩷
