Food is ok. Prices are good. You get your food pretty fast. Unfortunately, I've had some so-so experiences with the food on a few occasions and that's why I can only give this place 3 stars. One time I ordered a 2x chicken legs bowl. When I received my food in the bag, the bag felt a lot lighter than usual. So I opened up everything and I found the bowl was like 1/3 empty. So they definitely didn't give me enough rice and/or fries. I actually had to go back to the counter and show them and ask for some more rice. The worst thing that has happened is 3 times now the chicken legs have been burnt. I know the chicken legs are precooked and they just put them on the grill to give them some color and extra flavor. Either the person grilling is not paying attention or they don't clean the grill very often, but 3 times now the chicken legs I've received have been burnt. The meat under the skin is fine, but the skin is definitely burnt because when I eat it there is a distinct burnt bitter flavor. It's not always like this, most of the time it's not burnt, but sometimes it is.
