It’s pitiful how they put the smallest amount of meat possible, just enough to allow someone to distinguish it as being a birria taco but in reality it’s far from it. No flavour, all you taste is cheese and oil. The consome is overly watered down & salty + lacking in any deep flavour whatsoever, they didn’t even fill the little tin up half way. The enchiladas had chicken that was dry, bland, and was clearly reheated + a minimum of 2 days old. The 3 leches cake somehow managed to be dry and grainy even though it was soaked in 3 milks. Imagine that. Don’t buy from them unless you’re trying to waste your money and end up with an empty and possible aching stomach from the stale ingredients they use.

Regarding the portion of meat, in our restaurant we use 50 g of meat for each quesabirria. This amount is carefully calculated to maintain a balance between quality, portion, and price, allowing us to offer an order of 4 quesabirrias for $20, which also includes consomé, onion, cilantro, lime, salsas, and proper packaging so the food arrives in good condition at your home, especially when the order is placed through a delivery app.
Quesabirrias are one of our best-selling dishes, and until now we had not received similar comments. However, we do value your opinion and will certainly take it into consideration.
We would also like to mention that in Mexican gastronomy, one of the traditional characteristics of quesabirrias is that the tortillas are toasted in the same fat from the birria, which gives them their distinctive color and flavor.
As for the chicken, it is normal in a professional kitchen to prepare it in advance in order to provide faster service when our customers arrive. Even so, we want to assure you that all our products are fresh and of good quality.
