To spare someone else the bad experience let me share mine. My fiancé and I went to this restaurant last night. Our waitress was extremely sweet and attentive to us but the lighting was so dim we could hardly see the meat we were cooking. I like to see my food and especially when I’m cooking it myself at the table to know if it’s done. We asked if it was possible to turn the lights up a bit more and she was very nice about it. They turned the lights up and then turned them down again shortly after saying a customer at another table said he wants it to be more dim. I don’t understand how you can have dim lighting to cook meat. Very odd and made the experience stressful and not fun. The vents at the table hardly did anything as the grill got very dirty and crusty from the cooked meat after the first few minutes. On top of that when we sat down it looked like the grill was dirty and crusty with burnt bits and they said it was cleaned.. should have just left at that point but wanted to give it a chance we love Korean bbq. Very disappointed. The food was extremely mediocre. Didn’t feel fresh at all. The place itself felt dirty and smelled like burnt grills. The ventilation isn’t good/ fan at the table hardly did anything. No explanation for how long to cook each type of meat, no changing of grills throughout no oiling. No atmosphere in there I can’t even tell you if there was music on or anything it was just dark and gloomy. Everything felt like it tasted bland. Definitely would not go back.

Went for the first time with a good friend! Was told from a few people this place was good! I agree 👌🏼 Saturday service is All you can eat only vs à la carte, we didn’t feel rushed or crowded! Atmosphere chill , but maybe too quiet? Definitely relaxing ☺️ You can actually hear your friends chat 🤣 good selection of meats and veggies, only thing we found the cut of pork belly a bit thinner than we’re used to, still tasty! Will be going back 💗

It was our first time trying Korean BBQ and we were very disappointed, the food was mediocre and flavorless, items from our order got forgotten, we had to ask several times for them and finally it was the bus boy / food runner that got them for us. The service was not impressive, not once did we get asked if everything was ok. We had high hopes but sadly we will never be returning here...not to mention we smelled horrible walking out of there.

The worse service experience, I went without reservation, the waitress told me they were full, when I left, I checked if I found a reservation available, and I got it, when I came back, the same waitress with the worse attitude told me that don’t do that because she told me not have an spot, I said: if I found a reservation, it supposed to have the table available, she told me not to argue with her, that I have to leave just to explain my point.

Staff was friendly at first, but they all just stood in a corner and chatted so it was difficult to get ahold of anyone afterwards. We got served a good 10 minutes later. We were served raw chicken, and bell pepper with clear mold on it. When we told the server, who took the plate back to the kitchen and came back quickly with ANOTHER piece with mold on it. Sorry to say that food quality protocols are not followed. And even if the first attempt was a mishap, the second is clearly a faulty chef.

Most nasty place ever, feel sick after eating here what is the chef cooking 🤢 I’ve tried Korean food before and it was nothing like this honestly definitely won’t eat here again and the staff are very rude make you wait over 10 mins before they seat you chicken was not cooked well tasted like rubber
