I wish I could put 0 star. They don't even have any sauce for french fries. All the food was very salty. They said the chicken will not be spicy, but it turned out to be so spicy that my kids cannot even eat it. They don't come to refill water during our entire time there. The food service was very slow, no wonder because they only have 2 waitresses for the entire dining room. We will never return. It's quite sad to see Mon Ami such a strong and reputable banner has such a bad quality at this location.

Service was decent—staff were polite and attentive, though it got a bit slow during peak hours. Nothing too frustrating, just something to expect if it’s busy. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, great for both small groups and relaxed dining. Not super fancy, but clean and comfortable, which fits the vibe. Pricing felt fair for the portion size and quality. Not the cheapest, but you’re getting what you pay for. Overall, I’d definitely come back. If you’re craving authentic Korean food with good portions and solid flavor, this place is worth trying.

Came on a Thursday, it was quiet. Not many people but this made service specialized to us. Very nice staff and good quality meat. Thank you ! Music a little loud though but that’s just my preference especially since I came with friends.

Only two waitresses and no bus boy/girl for the whole restaurant on a packed Saturday night. They were definitely understaffed, you feel bad for the workers…management should do something! Our orders took 30-40 min each time. When asked to change the grill, the waitress didn’t have any spare ones…we had to cook in a burnt grill. I honestly lost my appetite. This is my last time at this location.

Based on situations like this, we’re adjusting our weekend staffing by adding dedicated support staff (bussers and grill backups) and improving grill rotation so replacements are always available during peak hours.
