Food is good but the service is not. You only have 2 hours time limit to eat and the first order takes half an hour or more depending on how busy they are. It wasn't busy when we came and it took us more than half an hour to get our first order. What a disappointment. I've eaten at this location alteast 4 times and it's the same type of service everytime. I think they are understaffed. I hope the other branches are not like this one. Food is good though but it doesn't justify the service.

Came in on at Tuesday night with friends, food was good. The server was super friendly. Fried chicken was immaculate. Finger licking good almost. The meat quality was to die for. Would definitely come again. 10/10

I enjoyed my experience a lot, it was my first time dining here and not only was the orders fast but also delicious, my favourite was the bulgogi rib, to be honest i give this place a good 9.5/10!!

I wish I could put 0 star. They don't even have any sauce for french fries. All the food was very salty. They said the chicken will not be spicy, but it turned out to be so spicy that my kids cannot even eat it. They don't come to refill water during our entire time there. The food service was very slow, no wonder because they only have 2 waitresses for the entire dining room. We will never return. It's quite sad to see Mon Ami such a strong and reputable banner has such a bad quality at this location.

Came on a Thursday, it was quiet. Not many people but this made service specialized to us. Very nice staff and good quality meat. Thank you ! Music a little loud though but that’s just my preference especially since I came with friends.

Only two waitresses and no bus boy/girl for the whole restaurant on a packed Saturday night. They were definitely understaffed, you feel bad for the workers…management should do something! Our orders took 30-40 min each time. When asked to change the grill, the waitress didn’t have any spare ones…we had to cook in a burnt grill. I honestly lost my appetite. This is my last time at this location.
