Glad to see more variety in cuisines coming to the village. Questioned if the food would be neutered for local taste but happy to say the flavours are authentic and the food was delicious. I got the spiciest option which had a decent amount of spice and was very flavourful. The beef was extremely tender and with the thick round noodles did a great job absorbing the broth. Definitely hits the spot on a cold day!
The restaurant has a great look, but the atmosphere really missed the mark. The lighting was so bright that it felt more like a cafeteria than a cozy dinner spot. The soups were ok, but nothing memorable, though watching the chefs make the noodles was a nice touch. I wouldn’t recommend the Dan Dan noodles — the aftertaste was unusual and not very pleasant. Its such a shame that evey new restaurant in Tremblant just doesn’t get it.. Overall, as a local, I won’t be returning.

A solid, cozy stop for warm comfort food after skiing or hiking. Not the cheapest bowl you’ll ever have, but one of the more memorable casual meals in Tremblant

Wow what a fantastic amazing hidden gem! This is a beautiful well priced restaurant with incredible food and service. Our delightful waiter Becca was a such a fun a welcoming person. I wish more restaurants were this great. 10/10

Noodles were So delicious, and even better knowing they weee hand pulled. Broth was also amazing. Started with mild, and can ask for chili oil on the side to customize spice! Also super quick service as a bonus.
The noodles were 10/10 and our service was fantastic. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. I had the braised beef soup at medium spice with fresh hand rolled angel hair pasta. The portion was well sized, with plenty of meat and noodles, and the flavours were spot on. I’ll definitely be back for another.
