Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food. I had the braised beef soup at medium spice with fresh hand rolled angel hair pasta. The portion was well sized, with plenty of meat and noodles, and the flavours were spot on. I’ll definitely be back for another.

Great noodles and ramen!
service
What a great spot right on the mountain! Friendly, quick service and delicious food!
The best noodle soup I have had in a really long time.
We dined here and was almost immediately greeted with poor service. Once we were seated, we were not greeted by anyone for well over 10 minutes. When we finally were, we put in an order and requested water. Within 10 minutes our bowls were brought with no water which we requested again. My partners bowl did not include 2 toppings so asked for them to be brought as a side instead of it on top. Which we were told it was at the bottom. We showed the server/bus boy? It wasn't and requested the toppings again. After it was brought back we requested for water again and they brought our appetizer instead. My partners bowl was not very good with the broth tasting more like seasoned water while mine was decent at best. Come to the end of service, drinks were never served and we were waiting for our check for over 15 minutes. Paid 80$ for sub-poor. This place was beyond dissapointing for how good it smelled when we walked in.
We had a great meal, and this might be your best dinner option in the St Bernard. No wait for a table at 5:30, but there was by 6:30, so I suggest you go early. The beef noodles are the draw, we also liked the lamb skewers. Beer and sake and soju cocktails were good, but if you're thirsty they've got giant fruit green tea and refreshers (maybe a little sweet for me but my son loved his). It look a few minutes before our server came over but the food came out super fast.
Hand pulled noods that you can ski right to! What else do you need to know?!?!
My husband and I had been looking forward to dining at Mongouyan, but unfortunately our experience on 2/10/26 was extremely disappointing. We walked in for lunch and were immediately told the restaurant was accepting cash only, which we were fine with. After placing our order, the manager informed us that payment would be accepted at a 1:1 US-to-Canadian dollar exchange rate, which is more than a 30% difference. This was never mentioned upfront and felt misleading. The restaurant was completely empty at the time, making the situation even more frustrating. Before we could even discuss or decide how to proceed, the manager ran to the kitchen and told the chef not to make the food. At that point, we had no choice but to leave. Overall, the poor communication and lack of transparency made this a very unpleasant experience. And for these reasons, we would not recommend dining here due to their poor business practices.
Quick, and delicious! 45 min we were out! Nice place
My emotions are mixed. The resturant is joy that cheap, we got 4 small appetizers and it was 84$. The edamame and spring rolls were good however the seasoned beef was a dry cold beef, and then the waiter proceeded to say that it was on the cold side of the appetizer section, menu is very unclear. Chicken was also mediocre.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience. Service was poor from the start. We were told to wait 5 minutes but ended up waiting 10–15. We also saw a server give an alcohol menu to kids, which is completely unacceptable. We ordered a regular Coke and received Coke Zero instead. Not a big deal on its own, but it matched the overall lack of attention. When the food arrived, it looked good, but the taste was the opposite. The broth was awful and very ordinary, and it made my stomach hurt. To make things worse, there was hair in my plate, which is a serious hygiene issue. Prices are extremely high — around $50 per person — and the tip options start at 18%, which felt odd given the quality of food and service. Overall, overpriced, bad service, and unacceptable cleanliness. Would not recommend.
Amazing food. Highly recommend
Delicious, warm meal! Excellent, must try in the village
Amazing après-ski or for a warm day, ramen that is far superior to any other I’ve had at a restaurant.
This place opened about a month ago according to the staff. I know this chain from having seen it in Toronto although this was my first time trying the food. If I ever plan to stay in the Mont Tremblant Village for a few days again, I would almost certainly be eating here everyday. If your palate leans East Asian and particularly Chinese, you will appreciate this new addition. The “signature” dish is the Mogouyan beef noodle soup. You can choose the width of the noodles to your preference as well as the level of spiciness. The soup has a nice beef fragrance. You could probably take the rest of the soup home and add rice or noodles for a second meal if you want. Due to its location the price is higher than what you would pay for the same food elsewhere. Nonetheless, this would still be my go-to if/when I come back. Happy to see a strong option at Mont Tremblant. Edit: It’s also important to mention that our server was one of the kindest we’ve had and provided excellent service. Thank you.
Got there and the place was about 1/3 full. Were seated quickly and then ignored. Servers were more concerned about setting tables than serving us. We were just about to leave and she finally came over. Took a drink order (just green tea!) and it arrived barely warm. Ordered starters and the main course house specialty (beef not chicken based on the servers recommendation). Starters were (squid and spring rolls) good. My friend's main was OK, mine was so oily there was a pool on the bottom. Noodles were good though. We were pretty much ignored through the meal... servers more interested in chatting or setting up for the next day. Finally able to ask for the bill and she just pulled out the cc reader without even showing the bill. She grumpily printed one. Not going back!
The food was excellent—noodles had great texture and everything arrived hot. However, the service needs work. We were seated at an uncleaned table and waited 15 minutes for a server. Our appetizers also arrived after the mains. It seems they are understaffed with only two servers and no host, but I’d return once they smooth out the new-opening growing pains.
