Spent 2 weeks without eating red meat, and was craving a good juicy Hamburger, and boy was I served! Amazing atmosphere with you sitting at the counter and watching the holy grail being made in front of you. Chose the raclette burger, and the parmesan fries. Soon enough found myself navigating my ship through an avalanche of cheesy, sower and sweet flavours. The meat was well seasoned and extra crispy just as I like it. I thought holy burger was the best smash in town, but a new pope is in town. Also, loved the service and witnessing the beautiful dynamic of the cooks and waiters as they chitchat and work at the same time, makes the place feel alive. Worth the trip and the paid parking which is not very common in quebec. Try it !

The service was amazing, when become to the burger it was alright the burger was so crispy that toke a lot from the meet flavour , the onions rings was amazing tho .
Our serveuse Charline was really parfaite! Service was great and food vraiment delicious. A magnifique moment, a great experience ! Something and somewhere to try
Excellent burger !!!
This place needs a health inspection. Employee was touching everything with no gloves and then touching food. Also, burger was burnt. I burger shouldn’t be eating a crunchy. Would not recommend!
For starters, the employee got annoyed that we only spoke English, huffing and puffing as she seated us. The service was absolutely horrible, she took forever to place our order, we were seated at the bar and the food took over an hour for 2 burgers. To top it all off, this place should be shut down for health concerns from cross contamination to cleanliness. No gloves worn and touching everything in sight including plating the food being sent out then touching dirty packaging and payment machines without washing their hands after going back to plate food again. In the video you see her wiping her face and grabbing cheese to put on a burger on the grill and so much more. Stay far away from this place.
