It is a great stop for ice cream, especially in the summer heat. The ice cream soft serve is generously filled. Even the small size cone is the size of my daughter's head. We got the choco/vanilla waffle cone with dip , and it was absolutely delightful. The ice cream is chilly enough to hold up and did not melt to the last bite, which is very impressive in the summer heat.
The ice cream and chocolate dipping are not too sweet. Just on the right amount of sweetness. The caramel ice cream has very strong caramel flavour. Chocolate dip is nicely coated and thick enough as a bar of chocolate. Great staff and great service. Just make sure you great some napkin with your ice cream, or it will melt on your hands.
Not the best as far as dipped cones. I would recommend La Diperie more. But if La Diperie is closed then I'd recommend just getting the ice cream without being dipped. The chocolate coating of the ice cream was just really waxy. But the molle crème glacé (Soft serve ice cream) is better than Dairy Queen.

Soft serve icecream is their main star and did not disappoint. Service was friendly and efficient. Limited gelato options- I’m not sure why I thought they’d have more! Salted caramel gelato was delicious. Overall a good ice cream experience for tourists in the heart of Old Montreal. My expectations are too high and I was comparing the experience to a more niche icecream shop.
For the price we paid and given the high ratings this place has, we were expecting better. We ordered vanilla soft serve and it tasted like straight up cold milk. Didn't taste sweet, at all.

Pistachio taste extremely artificial. One of the worst I had. The cone was stale too - soft and clearly been left out for more than a day
I wish I could give this place 5 stars because we had such a great experience here last year, which is why I decided to bring my kids back again yesterday. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. This asian woman (I think she is Chinese) working at the counter was rude and seemed very impatient with my children. My daughter asked if they had strawberry, and she replied, “This is all we have.” I told my daughter that they had raspberry, but before my daughter even agreed, the woman went ahead and gave her raspberry. When we were choosing the type of cone, she was also very quick to grab a regular cone without taking the time to see what we actually wanted. My daughter kept pointing at the cone she wanted, so I had to speak up for her, but the woman responded, “I don’t understand.” The whole interaction felt very rushed, and I didn’t even have enough time to properly ask my 5 year-old son what he wanted. I was really upset by the experience. Thankfully, the kids still enjoyed the ice cream, but unfortunately, we ended up with an order they didn’t actually ask for. It’s disappointing because we had such a positive experience last year. I hope the staff can be more patient and attentive, especially when serving young children.

We tried the mango sorbet and it was delicious. It did not feel like sorbet at all. However, it’s a small place with seating only outside and to place an order, there can be a large line - with no proper place to stand and after the first 4-5 people, you are basically standing outside the door. The staff are friendly and honestly do not rush you at all despite the long line up. Which is good and bad in some ways.
I had a basic soft serve in a bowl and while the ice cream was good, $7 for a small was very pricey.
Soft serve sundae was great, soft serve was better than any other place I’ve had. I like that they used Swedish berries instead of a cherry.

The only thing better than the delicious gelato was their customer service! They were so kind and helpful. That being said, the salted caramel dip was pretty spectacular too!
Defied all expectations! Very rich! A rarified soft serve. In the days leading to Operation Midnight Hammer, Israel obtained information that Iran was spinning the 40,000 centrifuges of Fordow overtime to create a ultra-potent concentrate of unfashionable tourists. The coalition rushed to bomb the shafts but the regime apparently had time to smuggle a large quantity of the dorkiness distillate, which can be found ordering gelatos or cappucinos at Mlle Catherine's.
I ordered a soft serve with waffle cone, it’s a bit expensive but really good the taste and quality of the ice cream and the cone!
Someone had recommended this place and not really sure why. The ice cream was suboptimal or mediocre at best with no options if you are looking for any. Very basic ice cream. The crepes were thick and not great tasting. We saw someone else barely touch theirs and we were waiting for ours like “great, those don’t look very good”
