The food is nice but last time I went I found a massive wad of hair in the teriyaki chicken. We flagged the waiter and asked for a replacement while notifying of him about the problem only for him to remind us that no one in the kitchen had dark hair, as we all had and the hair in the chicken was dark. Not only was the thinly-veiled accusation disgusting but the employees working on the food were all visible and all had dark hair. TL;dr: check any chicken/fried food for hair before eating it + rude staff but otherwise good

It’s more expensive than other sushi buffets, however sushis weren’t really good. We left very unsatisfied. Orders come pretty quick and the service is impeccable though 🫡

The worst service I ever experienced in this restaurant, the food is good, but the service is awful, you place an order and they don't bring you the complete order. You have 2 hours to eat, but you have 15 to 29 minutes windows of not eating. Because you do not get what you order. I WON'T RECOMMEND if you are a tourist don't go there. Choose a different restaurant. Check my reviews and see for a different restaurant.

Delicious Sushi in Montreal, Beautiful place! Great staff , they are very nice and I love going on weekend with my friends 🍁Update March 2026: I wrote a great review for Mitsuki about 6 years ago, but unfortunately my experience today was extremely disappointing. The quality has dropped drastically. The food was clearly not fresh at all, and the taste was far below what you would expect from a sushi restaurant. Honestly, it felt like a complete downgrade. The service was just as bad — inattentive, unprofessional, and lacking basic customer care. It’s shocking to see how much this place has declined over the years. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.
