I went to this place cause i had people visiting me but i forgot my wallet and the guy on the shift said keep it on the house, when i got home i opened the box and the pizza is lovely full of rich toppings, and i dont know why he asked me how many people are eating, but i found out he left garlic sauces for each person. Really i can say the boss in milanos is alfreds angel from my experience.

Ordered a lasagna, they called and said they had run out. So I asked for a chicken Parm instead, and got told again that they ran out. They suggested the spaghetti. It arrived with next to no sauce. I included a photo AFTER mixing it hoping it would be better. More cheese than there was sauce. I love cheese, but the amount was actually a disgusting slab over the top that once mixed, just stuck to the bottom of the container and became inedable. Their "garlic bread" is just some butter and garlic slapped on a thin slice of store bought white bread. Also got 2 bacon cheese burgers, neither one had cheese. Called to complain and was told "that's the cheese that comes on the burger". When I stated that there was NO cheese on either bacon CHEESE burger, they said "I'm not sure what you want me to say". They offered me to go there and get a refund for just the spaghetti. When I noted that I don't drive and had my order delivered and therefore had no way to come get a refund, I was offered no solutions. Between the insane price and more poor meals over the last year than I care to admit, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Will not be returning again.

I came here a couple months ago with no money and almost homeless, just wanted something to eat, the boss respected me and gave me food and a drink. God bless you!

They deliver up to 25 km and maybe more no other place does that for me. Feels good to have a pizza place that can deliver to me in the middle of no where. You people are angels!

Got some pizza and wings today, first time trying it, they gave me free garlic and the garlic was so good. Others should learn from this place. coming back forsure!

Great food here, the patio is open now and they have lots of space to sit with nice tables. Best pizza in the town to be honest, the cheese is not too thick and they actually cook the pizza right unlike other places in town. The free sauce is definitely an added bonus, the staff are surprisingly very nice considering the reviews but I guess they’re fake reviews or something. Definitely worth getting food here 🤤

Waited 2.5 hours yesterday for my food. Called multiple times no answer, they delivered me a cold pizza and rock hard wings super late and still wanted me to pay, stay away!!!!

Paid $62 after tip and delivery fee for a medium pizza and 10 boneless bites essentially I asked for double pepperoni with bacon See the video there’s not double pepperoni in here Also, the bites were not sauced. They put the sauce on the side, so I don’t have enough sauce to coat my bites. I called and without empathy they were defending that their pizza only has five pepperonis on it usually. Really? They are rip off, avoid this Location It sad to stay being in a small town but very unsatisfied and with whoever answered the phone with no remedy Save your money people!! Should of drove to Rockland and get Gabriels. Would of been better and cheaper too. I thought with the new owners it would’ve changed, but I should’ve read the reviews And they don’t reply to them so just shows how much they don’t care

Very disappointed — they refused to deliver to a very simple address, and the customer service was not helpful at all. I do not recommend this place. You’d be much better off ordering from Chardo Pizza, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut, or Rockland Pizza — they all provide much better service and a smoother experience.

On March 7th, my husband and I ordered from Milano’s for a last-minute birthday dinner. I had been sick on my actual birthday, so I didn’t get the chance to celebrate and since we were leaving for a trip the next morning, we were looking for something quick and easy. I mentioned in my order that it was a birthday celebration, and the owner went out of their way to include such a thoughtful gesture. It truly made my day feel special. Thank you, Milano’s! ❤️
