I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mike’s in Hull. The food was honestly not good at all. I ordered a panzerotti, and it had barely any cheese—one entire side had absolutely none. A proper panzerotti should be full of cheese and oozing when you open it, and this was the complete opposite. The fries were almost cold, and the Caesar salad was very bland and honestly unpleasant. Overall, the quality of the food was far below expectations. The service also wasn’t great. It felt like there wasn’t much effort made, and even after I brought up the issue, the replacement panzerotti looked just as bad as the first one. Despite all of this, I still had to pay for the meal, which is unacceptable. Very dissatisfied customer—I will not be returning to this location.
