Regarding the Rosca de Reyes, we have over 20 years of experience making it artisanally, without using preservatives or chemicals to artificially increase its size. Because it contains no preservatives, the rosca may deflate due to cold weather, which is beyond our control and does not affect its flavor or quality. Fortunately, every year we have many loyal customers who return and reserve it because of its traditional taste and freshness, which supports the quality of our product.
