This is honestly the third time I’ve had issues ordering from this restaurant. Last time, I tried ordering directly from their website. It said they closed at 10 PM, but when I placed an Uber order at 9:15 PM, it suddenly stopped working. I understand the restaurant industry I work in it too and sometimes people close their tablets early, so I let it go. Tonight, I ordered again through Uber. Everything went through fine, the order was accepted, and then I received a message saying the order was canceled because they ran out of food. This has become a constant headache. If the restaurant can’t fulfill orders or is out of food, it should update the app or stop accepting orders instead of canceling after the fact. It’s frustrating and a waste of time.
