Called to make an order in English, gave us zero effort in trying to help with our order and bluntly said “no English”, didn’t pass the phone over to someone else that knew English and hung up.

I mostly order for delivery, but the service is always on point and very courteous. I call to make my order instead of going online thanks to that. Delivery drivers are quick to deliver and are very polite. I have never been disappointed with their food, my only complain would be their choice of fries used for the poutine which aren’t entirely to my liking but the BBQ sauce they use is very flavourful. All in all, 10/10 service.
