Very disappointing experience. The lady staff didn’t listen to the order properly and added extra items without clear confirmation, increasing the bill unnecessarily. On top of that, the attitude was quite rude and unprofessional. What shocked me most was being told that tipping is mandatory — which is absolutely not true. Tipping should reflect service quality, and unfortunately, this experience did not deserve it. Definitely not returning. Such a strong headed lady at counter.
