Ordered to mcdoubles in the drive through told me to go park and wait. I understand the park and wait for large orders but this is ridiculous
Why am I fighting with the manager in the drive thru about how mobile ordering works? They should be trained in this. When you order mobile as soon as you check in your order is deducted from your bank (not once they finish obviously). Purchased a McFlurry on the mobile app. They didn’t have the kind anymore. I asked for another flavour (fine). I get to the window and told I need to pay for the new McFlurry. I show them that it’s already been taken out of my account and that it’s not my issue (it’s just a different flavour?? No price difference). The app doesn’t reimburse you lol. Contd to fight with me about it then said “no worries I’ll cover the charge”. IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR 😂😭
EDIT: I guess they read my review and know my name from the McDonald's app because now I get the cold shoulder when I try to use the app for drive through there. NO WONDER this McDonalds has a 2.7 star average!!!! They just keep making service worse and worse. Incredible. Original review: I started working in the area a few weeks ago so naturally, I started stopping at this McDonald's for coffee, breakfasts and the occasional lunch. I do NOT UNDERSTAND how I can use the app to order a coffee or a $5 value meal, arrive when the drive through is empty and STILL have to wait 4-5 minutes and the restaurant is also empty inside. Every time.
Great service
I am not even kidding, waited 20 minutes to receive an egg mcmuffin combo. The kid was by himself moving so slowly he would come to clear the number on the tv display for orders being served. The order of the orders got all confused because he cleared it. We were 10 people waiting for our food and i was one of the last to receive my order while being, i believe, the very first to place one. I had to complain 3 times and ask him if he was doing it on purpose because I had originally complained. Definitely the worst mcdonalds experience i've ever had.
Never seen a mcdonalds location styled like this one. Very unique and nice! Very good staff since day 1 with polite and fast service! Food is typically yummy mcd's as one would expect it to be. Still cant resist those fries!
