Wrost experience possible I order my food on the app for pick up I got to pick up and this worker is telling me he can’t make the order cause he can’t punch anything in crazy never heard of that b4 anyways terrible service and terrible experience

I ordered online at exactly 3 am and went to pick it up at 3h25 am like every time and they refused me service because their system was down for the menu change even thoughmy order was already in, i could hear the laughter in the back while the so called "manager" was keeping himself from also laughing telling me how he couldnt punch in my order. I had done the exact same thing before in the week at the same time and they didnt have any issues serving me. I did not appreciate being the laughing stock for some young kids or whatever they were.

Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered through drive-thru and was given the wrong burger with beef instead of my correct order. When I went back politely to get it changed, the staff behaved very rudely and slammed the drive-thru window shut aggressively while talking to me. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes can happen, but the way customers are treated matters too. Really bad experience

It's a McDonald's food, good coffee, fast service, but the food is just thrown together with no concern for the person who has to eat the mess that they call lunch. One good thing is they always give napkins. Yay!

They don't do any refills on your soft drinks. I said why not, im looking at it right behind you, employee said nope not here. After I paid over 15 dollars of their foods, can't refill my small coca cola. Good job guys

The drive-thru service was very slow. Also, they messed up my order. The crew member who I reported it to was unapologetic and very rude and when the correct burger was sent to the front, the crew member ( black guy - I didn’t get his name) opened the burger and touched the bread with his dirty hands (without gloves) to check the meat in the burger - disgusting. I just threw it away and left. This is the worst McDonald’s experience that I have ever had by far and will not be returning to this location.

Claims to be open 24 hours but on over half a dozen occasions they were unable to even provide just a coffee between the hours of 3 - 5 am claiming they were closed and or the system was “changing”

I put 3 stars because of the seating. Instead of a super long bar height table with stools that are so high and without backs that are honestly very dangerous to small kids whi constantly try to climb them. More booths would be so much safer and more accommodating. Parents scramble to try to get a booth so they can eat and keep an eye on their kids or go sit to eat in the restaurant instead of the park area.

I’ve ordered here many times sometimes I wait a while sometimes it’s very quick but one thing I can say for certain is I always get amazing service from the staff and the food is always perfect I love this McDonald’s!
