We recently visited this McDonald’s location and the level of unprofessionalism we experienced was honestly shocking. From the moment we ordered, it was clear that customer service was not being taken seriously. We waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, which is completely unreasonable for a fast-food establishment. During that time, the employees at the front were laughing, acting immaturely, and behaving as though the workplace was a social gathering rather than a business. It was incredibly frustrating to watch while customers were waiting. When our order finally arrived, it was incomplete. We were not given forks, knives, or syrup for our pancakes — basic items that should automatically accompany the meal. To make matters worse, the food was already cold by the time we received it, which is unacceptable after such a long wait. The most disappointing part of the experience occurred as we were leaving. Immediately after finishing our meal, the supervisor/manager approached us and rudely told us to leave if we were not ordering anything else. This was completely unnecessary and disrespectful, especially considering we had just finished eating food that we waited far too long for. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and basic customer respect.

Ordered a small mcflurry at 10:18pm. It said arriving at 10:45, never saw it in my life, the app fully stopped working, the ice cream never got delivered, tried calling it (5 times) to find out what happened nobody answered.

We only ordered a small coffee and it took 7 minutes to come. It wasn’t crowded at all and they still took that long. The employees weren’t wearing their hair nets correctly, and they were taking their sweet sweet time doing everything super slow. It was very slippery outside on the steps.

My mom had a wonderful experience at this mcdonalds. She had parked far near the bank, and ordered a lot of coffees and a box of muffins. Her hands were really full and The manager offered to help her to the car. She said it's ok because she parked far but they insisted! She was so grateful and appreciative thank you! The muffins were delicious and fresh and the coffee was great
