It’s McDonald’s!
The highest compliment I can give this establishment is that you never actually see the work happening. The environment remains pristine, the inventory is perfectly stocked, and the queues move fluidly, all without any visible stress or chaos from the personnel. The underlying systems are so well engineered that they become completely invisible to the end user.
