Both my recent trips to this McDonald's were just bad. The order at the drive thru was impossible as the employee didn't understand (we speak fluent French) and when we ordered at the window it was still wrong. Today our indoor order was painful, the employee couldn't follow, and the fries were waste. As a former McDonald's employee, I'm more than disappointed and turned off the chain.

One crazy place. I got home, but it was the wrong burger, and the soft drink had no gas. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Two other people are complaining about their soft drink, and two customers didn't have the correct order.

Made me pay twice for an order, assured me the first payment wouldn't process, I later looked and both payments processed on my card.

Waited 40 minutes to order a cup of coffee. Waited another 10 minutes for them to make it. In the end, the coffee didn't even taste good.

The service was bad and I ordered a double burger which was not a double and the arrangement inside the burger did not resemble a hamburger and was very irregular.
