Very disappointed with the service for the past four years. It used to be good, but now the employees seriously need to learn respect and professionalism. The behavior is unacceptable. Staff should be better trained in customer service — even employees at McDonald’s king ouest or avenue nord treat customers with more respect.
What a fail seriously. It's the third time I get the wrong order at the drive thru. This McDonald's used the own the Speed Cup and back then they were great. Very disappointed with what it became. Lots of work to be done to upgrade the efficiency.

So dirty, it's disgusting.
I was given the wrong meal in the drive thru.There was a mix up with the pricing,$2. They made me pull up my bank statement to prove what I paid, this took 10 minutes of bantering to get the meal we ordered, all to have a hair in my hamburger. The staffing are untrained, and struggle with speaking both English and French. Used to like going there, but now you've lost a customer and more.
Miscommunication
I ordered a happy meal that comes with chicken nuggets, fries, and a toy in a box. When I arrived and opened the box, it didn't even have the chicken nuggets. My poor little niece was so upset. When I took the order from the drive-through, I had observed that the cashier was busy discussing his personal life. I hope they make sure to include everything properly in a client's order in the future and focus on their work.
Nice
Little confusion at the window to pay concerning which order was ours, but the order was exact and preparation quick enough.
