My friend made a mobile order at 12:30, we went to the drive through to get it and we waited for 30 minutes and no one spoke through the intercom so we decided to just drive up, when the cashier came up they told us an order that wasn’t ours so we told them the situation and they were rude and told us to wait longer so we told them we had already been waiting for 30 minutes and they said sarcastically « I’m sorry you had to wait » and rolled their eyes at us before shutting the window and when we finally got handed our food it was another cashier who just handed it to us and said have a good night in a very annoyed tone. I know it’s McDonalds so don’t expect much but you can imagine how the food was. The fries and nuggets were very stale and cold.
