On December 30th, I went to the Sainte-Dorothée McDonald’s around 1:50 AM to pick up an order for my client. The order was ready, but it wasn’t bagged, and I ended up waiting about 25 minutes. The supervisor, Bal, was there but wasn’t really doing anything productive and very unprofessional, asked me to cancel the order because she doesn’t want to bag the order. The cameras can confirm. I was left waiting. In the end, I had to cancel the order, and it was pretty frustrating. Fix your late night shift.

Sign reads two drive through lanes 24x7 but only the left one works, wasted time. The single lane takes forever, better off going elsewhere if you’re in a hurry.
