The reviews are mostly negative, with many complaints about order errors, missing items, and drive-thru service that is often very slow or unpleasant. Several customers also mention cold food or food that was prepared incorrectly, as well as a restaurant that is sometimes poorly maintained. A few comments do note quick and courteous service, and occasionally friendly staff.
