First of all, they take all the time in world to make the people’s food where’s the “fast food” in that, making multiple wait on the parking lot. Secondly, they tend to make a mistake in your order or always forget something in your order and if you really want that something you’re going to have to wait for another 15 minutes. Lastly, pretty shitty customer service absolutely terrible full of attitude and rudeness. If it was possible to give half a star I would give it.

Every single time I order from here, they mess something up. Today we ordered a regular Junion Chicken - there was no mayo in it. Not a huge deal, but then I opened up my cheeseburger. I asked for no pickles, extra onion. What I got was bread, ketchup, lettuce and cheese and DOUBLE pickles - NO meat or onion. Please, I am begging you, train your staff and fire the ones who can’t follow basic instructions.

These employees are the worst. Always reported this McDonalds to headquarters, food quality is disgusting they seem to always forget to add beef patties in the burger which is strange when thats the whole point. When i called to ask how that happend they responded if im not happy dont order. I wouldn’t go to this McDonalds and report them.

Worst experience ever waited 30 minutes for cold food with 3 starving kid...they only focused on the drive thru until I raised my voice and all the sudden they started serving the front with almost every person they did errors left and right the supervisor ACE with only a sorry and nothing more and still focus on the drive if I could give it zero star I would. very disappointed in the experience for a "fast food" would have be faster eating at a sit down restaurant....

Ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese and extra pickles. When I got the order, no cheese... in EITHER, and only 1 pickle. If you cant get a McDonald's order correct... where are you going in life. The box even indicates WITH CHEESE. To top it off, waited 15 minutes for my order. That's not fast food anymore...

Ok, I don't understand why this is hard to do. I ordered 20 nuggets and I asked for them to be made fresh. I stated that I will even wait because I wanted something hot to eat. I said I eat cold food all day at work so please don't give me the nuggets that are warm and old. I was assured that it would be done. Ok so I got my nuggets and I drive home. I live 5 minutes away. I should mention this is at midnight at the drive through. I get home and nuggets are cold... Or a bit warm. Not crispy like hot out of the oil. The breaded skin peeled off as it stuck to the chicken. Seriously, do they take it as an insult if I ask to have something prepared the way I like it, with the cost that I would pay at a full service restaurant? They wonder why people are not coming? Sorry bringing back the value meals is not going to do it. You gotta make the food good to begin with. Ate 10 nuggets and I ended up tossing the rest. I think this is my cue to delete the app and stop going there. Disappointed beyond way too many times now. If they haven't changed by now, they are not likely to change anytime soon.

This freaking McDonald's always not only somehow messes your order up so colossally in the weirdest ways, but also takes FOREVER to make your order too. Especially mobile orders, doesn't matter what the order is, prepare to wait.

Used the drive thru Friday June 19 2026 around 9:15pm and the service and food was perfect! From the young lad at the cash register that looked at the cash we gave as foreign to the young lady taking and serving orders. It is MacDonalds but I gave mostly 5 stars cause it’s rarer and rarer these days that they get it right!

They had no toys but they had boxes. They refused to give us four boxes. They only gave us 1 and we had four children. The manager refused to give us 3 more boxes

They are slow and routinely forget, mess up or at this point purposely omit parts of your order. If you can, avoid. If not, double check your order and don’t go there during busy times.

The laziest staff. Everything in st Eustach is terrible. I firmly believe it’s the people but this McDonald’s is probably the worst in the world. Because they do it on purpose to ignore you and not give out your order. Multiple occasions it takes over an hour to get 1 item. Just a group of individuals not wanting to work. Quit if u don’t like your job.

Normally go there for drive through. Not always have good or friendly service, and almost every time, they either took too long to bring orders, or missed giving part of order..... Sometimes, hamburger is messy, not enough sauce... And it's expensive without coupon.

the hot chocolate tasted like boiling water and had a glue-like layer on the top. the wrap tasted like crap. i ordered a ranch grilled wrap and received a crunchy chicken wrap with crumbling pre-chredded cheese, two pieces of lettuce, a tiny piece of chicken and way too much of that disgusting ranch all jammed into a giant flatbread. it was falling apart before i picked it up and tasted so putrid i gagged after the first bite. the fries weren’t salty at all, unlike my mood, and tasted like straight up canola oil. id give this place -5 stars if i could.

It’s as if it’s so hard for them to do a simple job and just not forget the beef patties. They literally just gave me an empty sandwhich. And it was as if the fries were made last week. This McDonald’s is HORRIBLE!
