I ordered a large refresher and asked for the ice in a separate glass. The young lady at the drive thru have me a cup that was half full followed the cup with ice. When I asked her why the cup wasn't full she said I don't know my manager said to fill it up half way. I then spoke to the manager and she rudely said their machine stop it's automatically and because there was no ice it's would stop half way. I told the lady that was bullshit. What would happen if someone would ask for extra ice. The liquid would spill over? Or if I ordered a large coke with no ice. Would that also fill up half way. She then said that's how it is at this mcdonalds. I asked for a refund and left. Horrible service

I've been there multiple times and you never know if you're going to have a good experience or not, most of the time the food is good and the workers are nice but somedays (mostly at night) there are workers who just ignore everyone and close the restaurant before the time it should close so it's more about being lucky with who's working there and if there's too mqny people. Also if you invite a large group of people there's going to be a mistake in at least one order as most of the times they're understaffed and can't keep up with the amount of customers. Overall it's fine and i like having it so close to where i live but the times you have a bad experience it's really bad
