This is one of worst racist McDonaldsI have ever come across. The manager was worst behaved. Very disrespectful. Clearly triggered by color. We left without ordering any further.
Worst experience, we purposely used the kiosk in English since my wife said ordering the day before through drive through was a mess. Our order was completely wrong again. Took us almost an hour just to get five drinks to start our 12 hour drive home. We somehow ended up with six drinks. Two of which were wrong and one we didn't even order. I tried using Google translate (English to french) to correct this and got another 2 wrong drinks. Tried a third time, still have no idea what I got and just gave up. The girl was pleasant but was too rushed.
First hour on a Sunday morning and the entire place was so dirty. Took so long for my order to get ready even if it was only one person waiting before me.
The restaurant was messy and dirty, and the overall environment was poorly maintained. The staff were extremely slow and seemed unmotivated, and communication between the employees was disorganized and confusing. After placing our order, we waited nearly 30 minutes before receiving our food. This is far too long for a McDonald’s, especially considering the lack of organization and service. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far below the standard I would expect from McDonald’s. The management clearly needs to improve the cleanliness, staff efficiency, communication, and overall customer service.

Food was great. We were on vacation and don't speak French . We did our best to communicate trying to read off our phone in what I'm sure was not anything close to the proper pronunciation. Girl at the drive thru said " we don't have to speak English " and stopped taking our order.
Very slow service, very dirty inside

I’ve never waited so long for a coffee and an egg mc muffin I think it took around 15 minutes for a 2 minute order, genuinely would’ve been faster to drive to another.
The place was clean, spacious enough for a wheelchair to move around in the main area. The entrance may be a little tricky for a wheelchair, but there is enough foot traffic that there is someone usually there to help open the doors. The play place was nice and tidy. The washroom were clean and stocked. There was different option for baby highchair ( old school vs new modern look ones). The food came out fast and hot. They did get my sause for my nuggets wrong, but they changed it quickly when I brought it up. I went to Quebec city and then went here. The workers here were super nice!!!!! They made me not be scared of talking to someone in Quebec. Thank you for being so friendly, great customer service.

The cashier was very disrespectful and unprofessional. The front of the house workers were lazy and had unwelcoming attitude.
Bad experience, we ordered BigMac meal, but they give the same food to the people ordered later than us. I waited 40+ minutes, really disappointed. Everyone’s moving slowly, if you don’t want to work, then you should stay at home. My burger has a hole on it, looks really disgusting.
