We stopped here on the way home from Montreal. Food was some of the best McDonalds we have had. Maybe because we were in Quebec but the poutine was so good. Better than what we get in Ottawa. The gravy was better. The cheese curd was better.

Waited 25 minutes for a hamburger and coffee. Every order took forever, complaining all around . Ridiculous. Please avoid, the manager should be fired. Waiting that long should be for a sit down restaurant. Try Harvey’s or Tim Horton across the highway.

Best midway stopping point for the Montreal-to-Ottawa drive, loads of parking, efficient service, clean eating areas and tidy bathrooms. Getting on and off the highway again is just a single intersection stop and there is even a gas station in adjacent if you also need to refuel.

This location is lucky to get 1 star: mobile order for #3 @ 07:23 it took over 14 minutes to show any life to receive my large ice cafe, I walk in (defeats the purpose of a quick service). I wait another 5 minutes to be acknowledged for my order that’s already pre-paid, manager doesn’t believe me even when I show my receipt lol?! Twenty minutes to finally receive (07:43) my large ice cafe! Wow horrible service, note I was able to count a dozen cars served at the drive through! AVOID this location if you want a normal and timely service.

We went yesterday during lunch hour, and the lineup was horrible. We waited more than 30-45minutes for our food. They completely cleared our order off the screen and almost forgot our drinks. We were first in line in kiosk, but other people got their food first before us.

Food was mid and the service was a mess. The waitress was completely stressed out and forgot our drinks entirely, while the crew in the kitchen were just chilling in the back. Definitely a lack of coordination here.

Worst McDonald's I've been in Canada. It's called fast food and I've had to wait more than 40 minutes do get my order with a couple dozen people waiting for theirs. Chaotic

They remove the orders from the screen before they’re ready (certainly to show better ‘speeds’ in their system), but it creates long waits and confusion, multiple customers have had to go and ask for their orders.

The Filipina Supervisor here is mean. My kid ordered a happy meal and when we asked about changing the toy because she already has it and asked for a different one, something we have already done in a lot of McDonalds branches, this filipina supervisor said”No we have to buy another happy meal” then she smirked. This is not how customer service is supposed to be and being a Filipino myself, this is embarrassing. She is not even wearing a name plate so i dont know her name.

I stopped here seeing as it was off the highway after a long drive - and sweet jesus the smell in this place was absolutely awful. it smelt like dirty sewage and rotten eggs.

Saturday night at midnight... This is supposed to be a 24hr McDonalds and the line at the drive threw was horribly slow. They didn't take an order for over 10 mins.

We recently stopped at McDonald's and ordered four Big Macs. My wife’s and mine were prepared correctly according to what we ordered. However, my daughter realized—after eating most of her burger—that it was missing the three pieces of bacon she had added (at $1.50 per piece). When she went to the counter to let them know about the mistake, they simply gave her the three missing pieces of bacon. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed overall. When customers pay extra for add-ons, it’s important that the order is prepared accurately the first time. We hope they’ll take a little extra care with special requests in the future.
