We recently stopped at McDonald's and ordered four Big Macs. My wife’s and mine were prepared correctly according to what we ordered. However, my daughter realized—after eating most of her burger—that it was missing the three pieces of bacon she had added (at $1.50 per piece). When she went to the counter to let them know about the mistake, they simply gave her the three missing pieces of bacon. We understand that mistakes can happen, but we were disappointed overall. When customers pay extra for add-ons, it’s important that the order is prepared accurately the first time. We hope they’ll take a little extra care with special requests in the future.

Whoever was taking care of the drive-through was a little incompetent, repeated my code probably 10 times both french and english, they (cuz i couldnt tell what) got frustarted and gave us lots of sass and ended up cussed at us because we werent fast enough. had a huggggeeee attitude with my husband for not speaking French (I do, but was on the phone and couldn't talk for him) and then cussed at us in French. When I ordered a red fruitopia, I was handed a half filled drink with a hint of red fruitpia, but 95% water. Asked for extra gravy, literally got none.

I was here this time last year and the women’s washroom smelt like sulfur it was actually so bad I almost threw up. Went there again today and it still reeks ☹️ someone should check that out
