I don’t understand why you distribute discount coupons if your employees are not properly trained on how to apply them to an order. Unfortunately, even the manager was unable to process the coupon and did not take the time to clearly explain to us why it was not working. I strongly recommend providing proper training to your employees on how to use these promotions, as well as on customer service. Customers should be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism, especially when there is an issue with an order or promotion.

I rarely have complaints, but this Mc Donald’s? The slowest I have ever been to!! At the drive-thru anyways. I kid you not, we waited 12 minutes, in front of the mic where we order. Nobody ever came on the speaker. Other lineup was waiting as well. I ended up driving away without ordering.

Even though they are only a 6–8 minute drive away, the drivers make delay arrival by up to an hour or more; they accept the order and get lost halfway there, or simply accept it but never pick it up—dragging things out before eventually cancelling

Food is awfull...they can never get an order right there is always something missing, something done wrong like adding a lot of the wrong sauce. And apart from that this place appears to have called the cops on my husband for absolutely nothing which resulted in an unlawful stop and them taking his car. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S BRANCH OUT THERE. WATCH OUT. (For anybody wondering, he was just getting food from the drivethu and didn't even have his music on and was calm)

I love that McDonald's because first off they all know me, I enjoy going there either with my mother, my wife and kids. Atmosphere is great , service is wonderful, very clean.

The guy in the drive-through barely spoke french, I had to repeat the order several times until I gave up and went inside to put my order in and they couldn't bother to put any ice in my sprite

I honestly can’t believe this. It’s Sunday, I go through the drive-through specifically to order a Fish Burger, and they tell me they don’t have it. How does a huge branch of McDonald’s run out of something so basic especially on a Sunday? It’s one of the most classic menu items. Imagine going to McDonald’s and they don’t have the fish burger available. For such a large and busy location, this is really disappointing and poorly managed. If you can’t keep staple items in stock on weekends, something is seriously wrong. Very frustrating experience THIS IS ALI NOOR & THIS IS MY REVIEW
