Absolute worst experience ever at mcdonalds ordered at 5:16 got food at 5:50 no forks wrong wrap my sons bread inedible was told by the worker working the cash i dont know how long its gonna take and just walked away to the back where they had about 20 employees with 2 clueless managers never again

Unfortunately, our recent experiences at this location have been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, the dining room has been closed around 10:45–11:00 p.m., despite the posted online hours stating that the restaurant is open until midnight. If the hours have changed, they should be updated online so customers aren’t misled. More recently, my partner went to pick up an online order. It took approximately an hour and a half before we finally received our food. While we were on the phone, a manager asked him for the online order code. When he provided it, the manager told him that we were “early,” despite the order already having been placed about 45 minutes earlier. When my partner reached the pickup window, the same manager then scolded him for supposedly “never” providing the code and said that the order might not even be possible to make. We were told that we might have to place an entirely new order and pay for it again, despite already having paid for the original order. Thankfully, we eventually received our food, but after waiting that long, we were extremely disappointed to find that the food was cold and carelessly thrown into the bag. Mistakes and delays can happen, but the way this situation was handled… from the communication and treatment of the customer to the final quality of the food… was unacceptable. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the inconsistent hours and customer service at this location.

I ordered one wrap at 6:40 pm. I waited 21 minutes and it wasn't even crazy busy. I had asked 1 person, didn't get an answer then had to ask a second person when it was and it was ready then. Still doesn't make sense I needed to wait this long. No acknowledgement or nothing one of people working even had time get out of the kitchen part and speak to one of the guests.

I order yesterday 25 of September 2026 and when I try today to put my receipt in my app it say its already redeemed. One of the employees took my points before I did. Not recommending this place if want to have your points in the application

On Saturday September 19th, 2026 @12:30 I went through the drive through and ordered a 2 cheeseburger trio with an ice tea and a cheeseburger happy meal for my son. The fries for both orders were half cooked and the ice tea was tasteless and very light in color.

I bought 2 Mc Chicken Habanero and they were yucky cold! My husband and I could not enjoy it! My husband ordered a poutine and that was also equally cold! Yuck! The coke, omg, it was like sugar + flat water! We are never going back to this McDonald's again!

Very large MCDONALD'S with car way and kids playground. They clean the restaurant fast. A well equipped playground. We always go this restaurant on cold weathers. Lots of table. My kids love toy box. After food they gets balloons and during food they like colouring.opposite of downtown In this MC there is a section to you fill your cup of drinks and catchup. Take napkins

Rude manager, terrible experience, made me wait for 30 min for an order they didn’t do properly. After the food was badly done, food got cold. I ordered a poutine from the new international menu. It was a cheese poutine with bacon. I got cold fries with barely any cheese and 3 pieces of microscopic bacon. I talked to the cashier who told me to wait for the manager. I waited 20 minutes for the manager who was talking to me as he was staring at his phone. He was annoyed of my request to add bacon and gave me 2 pieces of bacon on a napkin. Do not recommend this branch.

I just went through the drive-thru to order a breakfast wrap and a coffee. When I got to the window, I said …. -Good morning to the young man..NO RESPONSE -He barely stretched out his arm with the terminal for payment so I had to reach all the way to him. -He did not mention the amount either -He first handed my coffee to me and I said Thank-you . NO RESPONSE -He then handed over my bag with my breakfast wrap in it. Again, NO RESPONSE - Before I pulled out of the drive-thru, I wished him a good day, still … NO RESPONSE. He literally said NOT ONE WORD at all. No exaggeration. Isn’t common courtesy to answer back to someone who is speaking to you. Everything I said to him should have been said to me instead . If not, then at least respond to the person who IS kind enough to greet someone politely . I came to your establishment and i wasn’t even greeted at all. Instead of eating my breakfast burrito, I’m here in my car texting you all this. Does McDonalds no longer train their employees to greet their customers?

We went through the drive-thru last night at 11 PM and had to wait 10 minutes per car. I am not sure if there was an incident inside the restaurant, but it made the experience for me and the other people unenjoyable.

Just had the worst experience ever. The girl taking the order is rude, I order a strawberry coke, i get a regular coke, i order a cheeseburger, i get no ketchup. There was no confirmation of my order, I ask for a trio, I’m let known at the window there’s no such thing as a cheeseburger trio. Never coming back again. If I could get my $5 back i would.
