Not sure why they’re opening a new location when they can’t even train their managers to treat their customers or coworkers with respect. Quite often they forget a straw, or a fry or napkins. Their quality of service has gone downhill. Better off going to Burger King dis the street or kfc.

-Staff took a photo of my child participating in a "free activity" without asking for consent?? With the company phone?? Giving the kid an ice cream cone afterwards doesn't mean that they are giving free labor (promotion of how great McDonald's is for the youth) it just was pretty uncomfortable over all. -Also paying extra $$ for a basic meal with a powder for your fries is insulting. -Also has anyone seen the self serving ketchup/straws/paper wipes/drinks counter? I spent a ketchup-less dinner because there is no way I am getting up to go interrupt working staff just for a cup of Ketchup...

Bought the new refreshes ND were made wrong. Was given attitude for asking to remake. Had no fruit in any of them. Bathrooms are beyond disgusting. Don't recommend you go here at all.

Ordered 4 meals from the meal deal menus by number. No fries, no drinks. An hour from home so going back wasn't an option. 🙄

Came through drive thru at 11:30pm tonight and was 2nd car in line, waited 15 mins for my order. Got home, my nuggest were cold and hard, my 2 drinks were supposed to be root beer and were watered down coke zeros. My wife returned to get the drinks replaced and upon her return they were still watered down root beers. Not impressed, lets hope the new McDonald's has higher standards when they open l, thats where ill be going.

Service was shockingly great The big macs were nasty as they added the entire jug of a sauce on both big macs had we checked our food before leaving they would have been remade and the manager would have been notified

I'm not sure if you microwave your pancakes or what, today was horrible they literally were hard as a rock and stuck to the plate there's no way I could feed that to my child it looks like they honestly took it out of the garbage can the plate was all dirty that it came on and it looked like a booger was stuck to it as well as a hair 🤢🤮 I took pictures but for some reason it won't let me upload them. Super disappointed I even used my rewards points so it was free but if that's the condition it comes in that I don't want it LOL

McDonald's has done down hill in atmosphere within sitting area. Not kid friendly anymore. Very basic and bland. The food is fast and efficiently served.
