Low marks for not getting any sauces
Ever paid money for practically uncooked French fries? Me neither until tonight. Never much to say about this location but tonight everything was slow despite the restaurant being practically empty compared to the usual super busy.. ordered fries with our meal and they seem almost like they’ve been fried for not even half the time it usually takes to fully cook them??? For fast food that’s pretty lame. Now imagine feeding a child these. Not sure if it’s due to the chit chatting distracted young workers or what but do better
Very very slow service
Everytime I go to McDonald’s restaurant and eat there (And I eat there almost everyday)there’s this one manager (white woman)who likes to take her sweet time getting the meals served and I ended up waiting up to 20/22 minutes for my meal.It’s absolutely frustrating She acts like she doesn’t know me.She’s handing other people their meals while I’m standing there waiting to be servedShe didn’t even have my french fries done and my meal wasn’t not ready.This time,I asked for a full refund.She’s slow.She didn’t even try to apologize to me and instead made an excuse.The restaurant was empty BTW.I have never seen a restaurant run so slow.Worst public service I have ever seen in a long time.I hate to say this but if they weren’t chatting all the time,maybe the work would get done faster and I’m sure all lot of people would agree with me.
