Employees are pretty nice though the location is fairly cramped and it can get really dirty due to the location.

Food is standard McDonald’s quality, as expected. However, the seating area was closed during our visit (Saturday around 7pm), so we couldn’t eat inside. The surrounding area didn’t feel clean or comfortable, so we ended up taking the food back to the metro and then to our hotel.

Pretty bad here can be long wait times and some of the employees are lack customer service skills, which has caused me to look at the future ai takeover as a blessing... the food is always good though

We went to buy a McFlurry at 7pm and my mom wanted to use the toilet and they said the toilet is only open from 8am to 5pm which is ridiculous because the restaurant is a 24hr service, the black lady working there was super rude at us and basically anyone ordering there

Slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. There were more homeless people than employees standing around the cash just waking in circles. There was one employee in the whole place.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at about 5 pm. A male McDonalds staff member closed off the dining room area with a metal & glass curtain turning the restaurant into a takeout restaurant only. At 5 pm on a Saturday. I repeat...at 5 pm! What gives? What happened to McDonalds as a restaurant where families could relax and eat dinner in one of their restaurants with clean tables and friendly staff? The woman who served me my food was not particularly kind. She looked like she'd rather not have been there. The only saving grace of this restaurant was the food. The double burger and fries that I ordered were tasty enough. Unfortunately, I could not enjoy hot food in their dining room and had to carry it in -15c bitter cold weather to my hotel. What happened to McDonalds? Honestly, this location was a big disappointment for me. If you want to dine in a restaurant, don't go to this McDonalds location. You might not be able to (especially if you arrive at the late hour of 5 pm!!!)

I was at this McDonald’s location yesterday and I was witness to seeing a manager be rate one of the employees while he’s at the cash and while she is serving someone at the window and then a man stood up and he said you can’t do that to your employees that is demeaning where she told the man goodbye goodbye. This is very unprofessional extremely unprofessional. unfortunately this is something where this is where McDonald’s loses clients. I’ve been going since I’m 12 years old and I have never witnessed anything like this. This was between the hours of 3 and 4 PM. I seriously would consider looking into this situation. It was Saturday, January 31. The man asked for her name. But she just repeated herself yelling Goodbye

It says 24h open. I went at 4:30 am and the security guard tried to ignored me and told me after I nocked the door it was closed… On top of that the doors were locked with a plastic bag… wth…???
