I had a very positive experience. The ordering was easy and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed the food and the vibe was very good. I will come back again to try some other items. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a good time. It was a very nice and relaxing visit for us.

I went around 9h30pm and ordered a mcwrap meal and a normal junior with mayo. When i get my order back I get a big mac with a chili doux junior so i went back inside to change the big mac as its not what i ordered and I didn't really care about the chili doux junior that much And the girl working there basically tells me she double checked the order with me which she didn't and then i asked can you change it for a mcwrap she just tells me no it'l be a loss for them? And then asks me if i don't eat big macs?? That interaction was really unpleasant and annoying.

What is this macdonald in the whole mac donald around montreal you ask a medium tea 1 cream and 1 sugar they put it inside. Everytime in this one they give u boil water and a cream on side. Then go.away! When u ask they say its the policy. What kind of policy is thatnin mac donald rosemont! Only in rosemont!

My experiece here has improved ever since they introduced the machines. Now I dont have to wait in line to place and order and there are no mistakes. Now I can just select what I want and put the addons. And then I get a tickets and then I go to the waiting area and there is no guesswork incvolved. My number is claaed and I get my delicious food. Very easy process.

Night staff from last night - I know it’s the bare minimum to remember straws and to get the order right, but it’s so rare to order McDonalds at 1am and actually get the order fully correct AND tasting good! I appreciate this so much - and I will be ordering here more often even over the one a 2 minute walk from my place because those small things make all the difference.

Morning staff: service is good Afternoon staff: can't even get your order right. Ordered a BLT, they didn't add half the ingredients in it and the poutine is wrong completely the only with they got right was the water bottle. Also staff act like they don't work there, found the manager doing absolutely nothing, standing in the customer area the whole time I was waiting. I wish I was getting paid for doing nothing
