An example of incompetence at its finest. McDonald’s used to carry a certain reputation…not necessarily for its food, but for the work ethic and service of its staff. Unfortunately, this particular location falls far short of that standard. The employees struggle with even basic orders, prioritize drive-thru customers at the expense of those inside, and consistently display a lack of customer-oriented service.

Great experience overall! The service was fast and friendly, the staff were welcoming and attentive. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you’d expect in the best way. The place itself was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax for a quick meal.everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Would definitely come back!

Worst mcdonalds on the island had to wait over 20 min for my order when I went drive thru. Not sure what happened used to be good and now it's garbage never going back.

Came to this mcds on Jan 11 past midnight and the people working asked us to wait, but then refused to answer or serve us. We had no choice but to leave…. When we passed the window, they were talking. Extremely annoying.
