I stopped by this small McDonald’s for a quick breakfast and used the kiosk to order and pay then waited for order 404. Although I understand French is the primary language here the staff made no effort to communicate effectively. When I went to the counter to confirm if order 404 was mine I was completely ignored and didn’t even get a response in English. To make matters worse once I opened my meal I realized that my breakfast burger which was supposed to have egg and cheese was served without both. The coffee was good but the service was unprofessional and disorganized. It seems like this location is either understaffed or the team needs better training. Very disappointing experience and I won’t be returning.
