This is my third incident at this McDonald’s and that’s why I had to post this review. I ordered my food yesterday, and I could see that my order was ready as I saw an employee pack my order and kept it on the desk ready to be delivered. There were 10 orders ready to be delivered and no one at the front delivered it to the customers. The order stood there for 10-12 minutes at the front. It not only happened with me, I heard several customers near me say the order is ready but no one is coming to deliver it. Result, I had to wait for 16 minutes to deliver just one wrap. This exact same situation happened to me previously as well, and I’m pretty much sure no action is gonna be taken as they are a big franchise restaurant and nevertheless they get customers.
