I really like the service of employees who are working here because they are managing work very well. Especially night manager has a good behavior. I really like it.
Very bad experience at this location. Customer service is extremely poor and staff behavior is rude. The store is not clean at all — employees were mopping the floor and taking orders at the same time without washing their hands, which is unacceptable. I ordered around 2 AM and received completely cold food. Overall, very disappointing. I would not recommend this place.
Often forgets to include items in the order
It's crazy almost every one have a bad experience like me !! every time I ordered from uber they always make the delivery guy waite for 30 min and it's crazy that no one is taking any action about stupid rating !! Of this Mcdonald ?? + they do stupid mistakes and give wrong drinks most of time !!

Snowstorm. The night manager waited til we ordered and sat down with our food then told us that indoor dining was closed and we had to leave. In a snowstorm. Zero indication that indoor dining was closed. The place was empty with available seating and tables and they told us and several other customers to leave. Deplorable. Likewise they wouldn't let any paying customers use the bathroom. The night manager was a cruel witch. The food at this location was also especially vile even by macdonalds/fast food standards. Never before have I had a Grainy mcchicken but somehow they served me one here. It felt chalky in my mouth. Likewise the poutine they gave me had essentially no gravy or cheese on it. It was wretched. This place should be razed to the ground and subjected to decimation. Disgusting.
It's a McDonalds. Kept clean and probably the only one around with parking ariund here.

I've going to this place for 3 years and i just received a very bad customer service right now i've waited more 20 minutes for my order to be remade a second time and the bacon was never added to my Habanero Mcdouble after receiving my order.Order only Big Mac and junior burgers because the rest seems to complicated for them people waste of time..I'm working myself for customer service I've never been that much disgusted with this kind of service
They are not letting customer to use the washroom, even it's an urgency . This happened Saturday night around 11:45 pm
