Never had a great experience here but it’s the closest to where I live and told myself I shouldn’t expect more from McDonald’s which is still true. Last week, there were two items missing in my drive-thru order and I only noticed when I arrived home. After speaking to a staff member, they offered a reimbursement or a complimentary apple pie but it had to be done within the next two weeks. I returned the next week and mentioned the situation and the same person I spoke to was there. I took my order with the missing items from the previous week and when I arrived home, the apple pie along with two other items were missing in the order. I called again and the compensation was a free trio and a dessert for next time.. both occasions I ordered two trios and both occasions two items were missing.

Very dirty and badly maintained. It was recently renovated but it seems like the dining area is already falling apart.

Best drive thru quick and never had a mistake in my orderÉdit: 6 months later.I don't know if there is a changé in management but the service is terrible. 2 times I went there I wanted 30 minutes for a basic chicken trio in drive thru. That's not normal. You need to change the manager or employées asap they don't take their work seriously because I've never seen that

It's a MacDonalds, food is ok, service is adequate but far from "Fast!!" Cleanliness of the Restaurant is disgusting and it's all young Kids who have trouble picking up after themselves...

They do not have drink refills anymore. So, go across the street to Burger King. Better ambiance, more customer oriented, not cheapimg out!

The place is always dirty, the machine for placing orders never has a working ticket printer, items were missing from my order, and I had to ask for the things that were missing. The kitchen always looks chaotic. I do not recommend it at all.

Madness at this location. There must have been 15 delivery people waiting on orders. Nowhere to sit and the garbage was piled about two feet above the trash can. This was New Year’s Day.
